Civil Engineer / Traffic Engineer to fix driveway design Australian Standards

Hello, we have a local council application that needs to have 2 driveways redesigned please.

We had a junior civil engineer attempting this, but he didn't get to the end although he did a lot already, but his grasp on contours is not developed enough I believe and we really need to get it right for council.

So hopefully somebody here can help us and fix this so council traffic officers are happy with it.

I attach what they look like now and a rough draft (yellow lines) what I believe should work to make council happy, BUT very very open to your suggestions to make it work even better. (We are obviously no civil engineers, so you would know best!)

The 2 main points the council traffic officer still needs fixed is that

1) no car B85 scrapes the bottom driving in and out (which they said is the case in the Preliminary Draft)
and
2) the transition between the garage driveway and the parking for Unit 1 does not have a dangerous slope (see Preliminary Draft where the junior person designed it with a very steep fall) where a car can drive/fall down, which hopefully the yellow marked suggestion with stone retaining between parking and driveway in the higher part will provide. (Doesn't have to be pointed but probably more round, the yellow marked draft was only my attempt to get the message across :) )

Other than that all other requests have been incorporated already (for your interest: parking spot slope 1:20 over 5400mm and specifically for Unit 2: VXO 1:10 slope allowed + turning in using both sides of the culdasac road, 6m to roundabout tangent point given by council + 1m to stormwater pit + 3m from tree)

We would be more than happy to work with somebody for more than just the driveway, but they are the most pressing issue to be solved for now.

Thanks in advance, it's been a journey (never developed something before, so a steep learning curve) and we would love to have you on board if you believe you can do this and have experience with Australian regulations (I'd say a must, as you would have a hard time learning this quickly I feel, so yes, please you should have experience with Australian regulations surrounding driveway design please)

You all have a wonderful day!!

David
