Preciso criar um site, modelo classificados que ofereça as seguintes características básicas:

- Buscador Inteligente, por segmento, sub segmento, UF, cidade, pesquisador de caracteres.
- Suporte grande base de dados, aprox. 100.000 cadastros de fornecedores.
- Controle número de acessos.
- Ofereça espaço para anunciantes.
- Ofereça posição na lista de resultados de pesquisas (ranking).
- Link com páginas (noticias e feeds).
- Relatórios analíticos.
- Meios de Pagamentos (pag seguro ou boletos).
- Email para Contato.
