Já tenho o layout da tela desenhado. Passarei para o freelancer e o mesmo deverá codificar usando as melhores técnicas de html, css e jquery.

Deverá ter:
Efeito Parallax
Responsivo
Menu responsivo
Owl Carousel
Abrir vídeo em modal
etc..

No layout o profissional não terá dificuldades de identificar onde essas funcionalidades devem ser aplicadas.

Pode ser usado o bootstrap, porém o menu mobile eu gostaria que fosse um pouco melhor que o bootstrap oferece.
