Se necesita rehacer el código de una pagina que ha quedado obsoleto y con ataques a su base de datos. Se procura conseguir un código actual, adaptado a las plataformas actuales con pestañas responsive, con buen SEO, mejoras funcionales y por sobretodo una base de datos sin lugar a vulnerabilidades. No he tenido buenas experiencias con programadores y por ese motivo no pagare mas que una mínima seña del trabajo total hasta no tener resultados terminados y entregados.
Como requisito excluyente necesito que quien se haga cargo del proyecto resida en buenos aires, argentina.
