I would like to have a stand alone system with objective to monitor, track and produce technical competency report card for around 5,000 staffs. In my organisation, we have various positions with identified skills sets along his career. This is what we call Learning Journey.


Thus, I would like to have a system which I could monitor and track each individual completion of his Learning Journey. Basically, I already have two major data which is list of staffs (according to their level in positions) and the Learning Journey which is the skills set required for each functional. With the system, my expectation is also I could plan ahead everybody training schedule for one year.
