Complete website developing

I have website by wordpress , i need some one to help in completing this website ,
the required changes in details like the following : -

1-    Home page, we will insert 4 photos moving continuously.
2-    Home page thumbnails, we need to add another thumbnail, with name: other products.
3-    Backgrounds for all website must be change to good background which related to our factory industry (water tanks) , plain white not preferred
4-    Footer all pages should be better formatting , make new features in website .
5-    Website is bilingual website (Arabic + English) so changes must be in two versions Arabic and English
6-    Website has mobile version, should be also developed.
7-    Photos in website we will change it all with new photos (already prepared)
8-    Products will reorder its format and add subcategories, and will delete the filtration column 
9-    Add new products (photos, text )
10-    Evaluation for products with stars, should be deleted
11-    Online purchasing should be activated
12-    Publish website in internet, add keyword for search engine SEO
13-    Listing website name & keywords in Search engines
14-    Training us in for updating website text and replace photos,
15-    Customer service for 1 year for any issue in website 
16-    Better formatting for ( about us & contact us page )
