Se requiere con caracter de urgencia programador que sea capáz de realizar conexión con wsdl al ministerio de transporte. No se requiere autenticación básica sino que se utilizará un certificado .p12 proporcionado y autenticado por el ministerio. Se ha realizado ya la conexión mediante SoapUI, pero se necesita automatizar el proceso. Los datos se enviarán desde una aplicación realizada con Ionic.
