buen dia lo que realmente pasa es que tengo un cliente que requiere que en a entrada de una oficina alla un pa pantalla y que el usuario ingrese con su numero de cedula le impriva un certificado pdf t que asu vez garde el registro del usuario quisiera saber si este se puede hacer el en xampp pues el cliente me pide que sea asi es olo eso el cliente tiene un sistema parecido pero el lo tiene en acces y quiere que sea ociamente con ciertas autorizaciones
