Consumir web service con Php7

Se necesita consumir 2 webservices en PHP7 sin utilizar clases externas, en el primero se debe enviar solo un parámetro, en el segundo se debe enviar un archivo xml codificado base64 (el cual lo tengo listo), las respuestas de ambos se deben imprimir en un archivo xml.

Ejemplo inicial:

$result =  $client->__soapCall("xxxxxxxx", $parametros);
