Tengo un proyecto desarrollado de este tipo, esta hecho en php con el framework yii, la idea es extraer el código que sirve, pues el proyecto hecho es mas grande que el nuevo, y hacer algunas pequeñas modificaciones, también integrarlo con una api de la plataforma de e-learning moodle.
El diseño ya se encuentra maquetado en html. La idea es hacerlo funcionar con lo que hay.
