Se requiere contar con una solución basada en web para controlar membresías a un partido político. El modelo a implantar es el conocido comp D12. En el primer nivel se encuentra el líder del partido.
En el segundo nivel 12 coordinadores principales. De ahí en adelante cada grupo nivel de 12 es subdividido en 6 grupos de 2 y a cada subgrupo se les asigna 12 personas.
