Preciso que seja convertido um layout que foi feito no Sketchapp para html/css (bootstrap).

O layout foi criado no grid de 12 colunas (1170px de largura), planejado para responsivo (web, mobile e tablet).

O projeto contem 20 telas onde algumas delas são apenas variações visando demonstrar o comportamento.

Precisa levar em consideração o tempo de carregamento das paginas e melhores praticas de SEO.
