Necesito un cotizador web muy parecido a este

Pero más bonito :P

el cotizadro va dentro de una pagina en wordpress

http://e3proyectos.com/ (se debe crear seccion para el cotizador)

adicionalmente debe captuarar el correo de la persona que ingresa y mandarle un correo con la cotizacion.

Cuento con una hoja de calculo para basar las cotizaciones.
