Corregir problema de login en membership 2 de wordpress

Estoy configurando el plugin membership 2 en wordpress, sin embargo al autentificarme como suscriptor con credenciales válidas siempre me arroja un error, quero saber si es posible sustituir el código del shortcode que dá el widget de acceso y hacer uno manualmente que se vea tal cual está el diseño de la página y que sea completamente funcional.
La página es www.pepecruz.mx den click en "acceso" ó "ingresar" en la página principal, esta llama al mismo shortcode.
Cualquier duda escríbeme.
