Tengo un string en formato Base64 el cual, al tratar de convertirlo a utf-8 y después enviarlo a través de un servicio soap me da un error de codificación: "invalid byte 1 of 1-byte utf-8".
Necesito que se haga correctamente la conversión y que el archivo se pueda enviar sin errores.
