Necesitamos crear un chatbot de reservas y conectar el gestor de reservar pms al proveedor de chatbot, ambos funcionan a través de clave de api  o por ejemplo el proveedor del chatbot permite webhook. El objetivo es hacer que desde el chatbot las personas puedan:

1. Realizar Reservas
2. Hacer consultas sobre su reserva
