Necesito la creación de un módulo que me permita poner el valor de cada envío según la ciudad, país o  región al ser realizada una compra ej: En la sabana de Bogota nuestro domiciliario puede cubrir únicamente municipios como, cajicá,chía,tabio,tenjo,sopó; sin embargo para cada municipio existen costos diferentes, también es necesario registrar otro transportista donde se pueda especificar los valores por región y ciudad. Adicional, es necesario poder contar con opciones para ingresar un transportista internacional
