Create 3d Printable Stl Model of Articulated Wwii-Style Action Figures (1:24 Scale)

I'm looking for a skilled 3D modeler to create a printable STL figure based on my original action figure design, Ivan 1. This is part of a toy line called Sandbox Warriors, inspired by 1990s G.I. Joe-style figures and WWII aesthetics.

The figure must meet the following requirements:

Scale: 1:24 (~75mm height)
Style: Realistic, vintage-style action figure
Theme: Soviet WWII Red Army soldier
Uniform & accessories modeled after the reference
Weapon: PPSh-41 submachine gun as separate part
🦾 Articulation (approx. 9–11 points):
Head (swivel or ball)
Shoulders (2)
Elbows (2)
Waist (cut joint)
Hips (2)
Knees (2)

📦 Deliverables:
STL files for each part (separated for print/assembly)

All parts watertight and ready for resin or FDM printing

Proper tolerances for joint movement

Optional: One-piece version for display
