Create a music video with hundreds of short clips given to freelancer

100 year anniversary of a summer camp. We have our own camp song and looking to create a video with 100's of 15- 20 second clips that alummni, staff and campers will send in. Along with video footage we have of the camp.

We also have about 25 singers that we need to sync their videos singing in parts of the song. Looking for someone who has done these types of videos with multi squares of singers and dancers. I need to see some works of thses type.
