Create preschool printables (worksheets)

I'm looking for a layout artist to assist with creating 6-8 preschool printables that have a fun, inviting look.  It will be great if you know some Mandarin because some are Mandarin or bilingual (English-Mandarin) activity sheets.

The activities for example, colouring pages, cut-and-paste, matching, some writing practice.  The final work can have coloured pictures/images but should be home-printer friendly. 

I'd like the files to be editable on my end and I'd love to work with you on a consistent basis because there will be projects every month - or if you prefer, we can batch a few months' work at 1 go.
