Necesito un programador que sea capaz de hacerme un sistema de facturacion de clientes y que saque estado de cuentas y que esa programacion sea en java y que ese programa tenga un bloqueo cada mes por ejemplo si el cliente no cancelo su mes del sistema se le bloquea el sistema
