Ola... Tenho um projeto que estou precisando gerar um mapa com os seguintes requisitos:
1-Banco de dados esta em SQL Server;
2-Recebe informações a cada 20seg, logo, o mapa precisa ser atualizado sempre;
3-precisa fazer um filtro por data e dispositivo, conforme imagem anexada;
4-precisa identificar com uma cor diferente um local que esta com  sinal em aberto, vou informar melhor...

Tenho um banco de dados que esta em sql server, que recebe as informações  abaixo:
