Precisamos de um script/html que ao entrar no site, funcione como na imagem do anexo,
para sugerir que baixe o aplicativo


O funcionamento dele, deve respeitar as condições abaixo:

1) Identificar que a pagina está sendo acessada de mobile

2) Identificar se é iOs ou android para montar o link certo

3) Ele deve fazer um cookie, para que ele seja exibido novamente apos
  12 horas

4) Ele deve ser colocado facilmente em qualquer site, pois iremos usar em
no minimo 5 sites diferentes, de empresas diferentes que fizeram
