El proyecto, en su fase inicial requiere las siguientes funcionalidades:
      1. Anexar un .pdf a una web (drag&drop)
      2. Guardar .pdf en servidor
      3.
Extraer tablas de información del .pdf y guardarlas en base de datos
      4. Mostrar datos de .xls (vinculado a base de datos) en web

Es imprescindible la extracción y el tratamiento de las tablas de .pdf a tablas en .xls o base de datos, no importa que se haga a través de una tercera herramienta en lugar de mediante desarrollo propio, pero ha de ser de modo automatizado
