The Home Page serves as the gateway to the site and stands out for featuring a ChatBot connected to the GPT Chat API. To ensure an efficient and intuitive experience, we have outlined the technical requirements for developing this section:

ChatBot and GPT Chat API:
The Home Page should feature a ChatBot connected to the GPT Chat API. This interaction will provide users with the opportunity to obtain information and dynamically engage with the site's content and the OpenAI database.

"Stop Search" Button:
A prominently visible button, labeled "Stop Search," will be implemented to interrupt the output process when clicked, allowing for a new question to be asked.

Access to GPT Chat API:
Access to the GPT Chat API will be open but limited in terms of characters per session for users not authenticated on the portal. Sing-up/Premium will be conducted to open an unlimited number of the api token users.

GPT Chat API Character Limit Control:
During API usage, when a session reaches the maximum character limit, this information should be displayed in the chatbot output. The portal will then prevent further chat usage, displaying an alert to the user. This alert will appear immediately after the user types the text and clicks "Send Question." It will inform the user that the maximum usage limit "for the day" has been reached, encouraging the user to sign-up to premium for unlimited and free access.

Sing-up:
The aforementioned alert should include a clear and direct option to log in. Additionally, an option to create an account will be provided, streamlining the process for users who do not yet have access credentials.
