Eu preciso de alguém que crie um software para rodar em  um serviço de hospedagem.  O que esse software deve fazer?  tem que conseguir conectar um domínio, e quando eu divulgar esse domínio em qualquer lugar, a pessoa que clicar nele vai ter que ser redirecionada para um outro link. E vai ter uma fila desses link, vários diferentes.
