I would like to develop a desktop application. This application will use to prioritize requirements in an Agile environment. However, this web application involves equations and algorithms that need to be understood first. Without a good understanding of that mathematical equations, the result of the prioritization process will not accurate as it should be. This desktop application will be used in an Agile environment. I would like this software to be done as early as possible
(most probably in the middle of October). Range of budget ($350).

Project overview

The objectives of this desktop application are: 1. To analyze stakeholder analysis using fuzzy logic operations. 2.To prioritize the requirements (user stories) according to the stakeholders preferences. 3. To allow multi-stakeholders involve in prioritizing the requirements (user stories). 4. To calculate the aggregation results from multi-stakeholders in order to produce the final ranking of the requirements (user stories).
