I have a website that is 90% complete, I need help in customizing the mobile in English and Spanish and desktop in English and Spanish.

The website has the following:
_ Custom site built on Avada Theme
_ Woocommerce
_ English and Spanish
_ Not an E-commerce
_ Live and 90% complete

We need the following:
_ Customize the mobile in Spanish and English
_ Customize the desktop in Spanish and English
_ Lower the loading time around 2 second
