I need to automate my Shopify website a little bit, at the moment I:
Do stock ManagementAdvarics (Warehouse Management platform):
Every time I an update on my inventories I do a manual update also on the inventories on my Shopify Store.
The same applies when somethings is purchased: I manually delete from the inventory in Advarics the units bought from customer.
You get the idea: everything that happens with stocks in Advarics has to be replicated in Shopify. The same applies in the opposite direction: an update of stocks in Shopify triggers an update in Advarics.
Since doing this manually is not ideal, I would like some help with this matter by automating this process.
The Workflow I expect:
If an order has been placed on the website then this reduces the stock automatically however if the order changes to cancel from the warehouse then we can add the stock again.
Another cron job which we will setup to sync the stock directly in case inventory has been added in warehouse.
