- Limpar o servidor, ou seja, uma instalação MySQL do zero;
- Configurar o novo MySql da forma mais otimizada possível para comportar uma alta quantidade de dados (Ficará com mais de 5Tb);
- Restaurar a estrutura/schema do banco (temos o backup), com ele vazio fazer uma avaliação nos relacionamentos, índices e chaves, tentar otimizar o máximo possível mantendo a mesma estrutura;
- Restaurar os dados do nosso último backup;
- Com o novo banco restaurado e carregado com o maior backup, testar querys complexas e verificar performance, otimizar o que for possível neste ponto.

O servidor do banco é local no cliente e tem essas configurações:
Intel Xeon E5- 2620 2.4ghz
RAM 32Gb
Windows Server 2012 R2
