La herramienta es para integrar un sistema de feedback a las firmas de Gmail y Outlook.
El feedback se envía haciendo un click sobre una cara que determina el nivel de satisfacción sobre el servicio recibido.

Lo que necesito desarrollar es:
- backend para templetizar la firma
- sistema comercial para vender el servicio y que luego se tenga acceso al backend de creación de firmas
- dashboard de reportes en donde se reflejan los resultados obtenidos de los feedbacks de forma segmentada por persona y por equipo

La referencia es https://www.customerthermometer.com/gmail-signature-surveys/ El objetivo de la plataforma es hacer solo una cosa (feedbacks en firmas de emails). Y que todo sea muy muy sencillo basado en una usabilidad minimalista. Todo lo relacionado a UI será contratado aparte.
