Hola, requiero realizar un botón de encuesta para website.
Este botón debe ser fácil de instalar en los sitios web determinados por los clientes y en esto se basa el éxito de la funcionalidad requerida. Las actividades a realizar son las siguientes:

1.
Desarrollar una landing page (de acuerdo al diseño adjunto)
2. Realizar los ajustes en el backend actual para generar el nuevo botón según diseño especificado.(Php, mysql (server apache2)).
3. Subir landing page a un dominio aun por definir.
4. Crear un link desde la pagina principal a la landing page.
