Tengo el boceto de la plantilla, quisiera que la desarrollen en html5, si fuera con bootstrap sería mejor, necesito el login y un mantenimiento(crear, modificr, eliminar), dicha pagina conectada a una base de datos mysql, es necesario que la pagina web se pueda visualizar sin problemas desde una tablet o un celular, el desarrollador debería tener buen entendimiento para los proyectos y tener experiencia desarrollando plantillas.
