Necesito añadir a mi web una funcionalidad que consiste en:
La web va a tener como 200 post redactados y ordenados del 1 al 200.
Un persona se registra y pone la fecha de un evento que ocurrió hace años y entonces la web reconoce la fecha a la que estamos hoy y comienza a mandarle semanalmente un email que lo redirige a estos post, empezando por el correspondiente.

Por ejemplo, alguien se registra con fecha 15/03/2018 y entonces le corresponde empezar a recibir emails desde el post 46, por lo que una semana después le llegará el 47, otra semana después el 48, etc.

La funcionalidad que necesito es que puesta esa fecha por parte del usuario al registrarse entonces la web reconozca desde donde tiene que empezar a mandar los emails (post).
