Para un proyecto de largo plazo, hoy se necesita puntualmente un Desarrollo en Ruby on Rails con Certificado Electrónico.
Objetivo:
- Poder Loguearse  a la aplicación (utilizar Devise) con Certificado Electrónico (Firma electrónica Simple)
- Validar vigencia del Certificado
- Controlar la Sesion (logout)
- Actualizar certificado en caso de caducidad en una opciónde "perfil" creada a libre elección
