Eu gerencio uma pequena empresa no Brasil que presta serviço no mercado de eventos
Eu preciso criar um aplicativo simples para para informatizar ta parte do nosso negócio:
Recebemos de produtores, artistas entre outros listas contendo Solicitações (itens) para serem disponibilizados/distribuidos em diferentes salas e dias, preciso construir um sistema que simplifique e reúna essas diferentes listas, para obter custos rapidamente, para facilitar a processo de compra, estocagem e distribuição destes itens
Para isso, anexei um modelo / apresentação do que esperamos ( Em Inglês).
O sistema deve ser baseado na nuvem e seria uma boa se fosse construido no zoho creator ( nosso crm é do zoho) ou outra plataforma online.
Eu tenho muita pressa, Gostaria também de salientar que é um sistema simples, sem integração de estoque e, portanto, temos orçamento limitado para esta etapa do projeto.
Por favor, note que o template foi feito em inglês (contém alguns erros de linguagem!), Mas uma vez terminado, ele deve estar no idioma PORTUGUÊS (que podemos traduzir para você, se necessário)

I run a small business in Brazil that works in the events industry.
I need to build a simple application to streamline a part of our business:
As we received from producers, artists among other lists of requirements containing Requests ( itens) to be distributed/stocked in different rooms and days, I need to build a system that simplifies and reunites these different lists, to obtain costs quickly, to facilitate the process of purchase of these requirements, and distribution.
For this I have attached a template/presentation of what we expect.
The system must be cloud-based and can be built into Zoho Creator.
I have a short time to put it to run. I would also like to point out that it is a simple system, without inventory integration and therefore we have limited budget for this stage of the project.
Please note that the template was made in English ( It contains some language errors!) , but once finished, it has to be in PORTUGUESE language ( that we are able to translate for you if necessary)
