- Biblioteca de fotos, vídeos, newsletters e relatórios de campo (indexadas por palavras-chave);
- Mural de notas
- Compartilhamento de agendas
- Compartilhamento de arquivos grandes (vídeos e apresentações, por exemplo)
- Gerar planilhas de informações exportadas do CRM Zendesk Sell
- Controle de envio de newsletters
