Design a Logo for a Search Fund Firm

I need a corporate logo for a Search Fund firm. The objective of the firm is to raise funds from investors in order to buy a small/and or medium sized business and lead it as a Managing Director, eventually become future CEO/Managing Owner of the firm. The Search Fund firm is led by the prospective future Managing Owner. A Search Fund firm is generally a small firm, i.e., Having 1-2 main employees (who are the so called Searchers) and eventually a few interns, who help with research to raise funds and evaluating the market to find the right target company to acquire.

The name of the firm might be: "Continuum Partners - Nachfolge im Mittelstand". Where "Continuum Partners" is the main name of the firm, "Nachfolge im Mittelstand" however is a subtitle, which indicates clearly the mission and objective of the firm. '

The logo shall represent the following:
- name and eventually subtitle of the firm
- aspect of raising funds/investment
- aspect of acquiring a firm, taking it over, leading it and developing further
- represent a high level of integrity, seriousness, dedication, "bold move"
