Design a website for coaching and counseling

1. Working as provider for employee assistance program (EAP) of a us large industrial firm (about 700 people) & could be more in near future.
2. They expect  to have a platform for the employee to
    * Register the employees.
    * Full Contact including appointment set up.
    * Full communication function both sms n call (could be line) or other availability.


    * Record notes for further instruction as well as report monthly n quarterly.
    * Provide training both online and onsite including E-learning.
    * Provide online payment thru third party.
3. A platform where we could register therapist n matching the clients.
4. The project will start next year. They are qualifying the potential providers first.
5. Moreover, the platform will provide us with the ability to hold classes for Psychological study, life skills  and workshop for public besides the contract if awarded. (An option)
6. The platform will also in future provide service for coaching and counseling for both individual and organization (EAP service).
