Design and Fabrication of a Precision Rotary Tilt Table for Milling Machine

We are seeking an experienced engineer or designer to develop a custom rotary tilt table for a milling machine. The primary functional requirements for this table are: Rotation: The table must be capable of rotating 360 degrees around its X-axis. Tilting: It should also provide a tilting capability of up to 45 degrees on its B-axis. Braking System: A robust and reliable braking mechanism is required for the B-axis to ensure stability and precision during operation. The ideal freelancer will have expertise in mechanical design, CAD modeling, and potentially manufacturing processes. We expect detailed design plans, including material specifications, dimensional drawings, and assembly instructions.
