Design of a logo and branding for my 'Chippy Radio' fish n chip restaurant / bar / radio project

I'm opening a pop-up style fish n chip restaurant in Colombia with a bit of a twist. The space will also house a radio show featuring local DJs & musicians, the idea being that as well as having live events and audiences we'll also stream the shows on internet. As well as serving the delicious British classic, I want to help build a community of local artists and provide a platform to promote their music, all wrapped up in a unique venue!
Ideally, I'd like to work with someone to create a brand book including, logos, fonts, colours etc.
To be able to create the restaurant styles, menus, and merchandise for the radio further down the line. I've attached a spreadsheet with a little more information and my initial thoughts for the branding. There's not a huge amount of details but hopefully enough to give you an idea of the direction I'm thinking.

I'm planning to return to Colombia in January 2022 to get to work setting everything up so it would be great to have the branding finalised mid-December.
