I have a catalogue of 16 pages in PDF, and I want to replace the phone and website info that appear at the bottom of each page of the catalogue with my personal contact info that  should read as follows:

ABC Fundraising Distributor
Phone: (786) 961-0374
E-mail: andresplata.abc@gmail.com

The most important details are the name and phone. The last thing is the email. It is not necessary to include ABC Fundraising Distributor in case there is no enough room for it.
Please keep the company logo (abc fundraising)

I am a Distributor at ABC Fundraising, a provider of products aimed to raise funds for several organizations.
