Develop a Flexible Page Wizard for Php Website Admin Panel

We are seeking a skilled web developer to create a flexible page wizard for the admin panel of an existing PHP website. The primary goal is to implement a robust content editing tool similar in functionality and user experience to the WordPress page editor. This wizard should enable administrators to:

1.  Add new pages to the website.
2.  Edit existing page content, including text and images.
3.  Control the layout of content, specifically allowing images to be placed and aligned to the right or left of text.

The solution should be intuitive and easy to use, providing a seamless content management experience within our current PHP environment. The freelancer will be responsible for both front-end (user interface of the wizard) and back-end (saving and retrieving page data from the database) development.
