We are looking for an experienced developer, web team, or software architect to carry out the technical construction of my personal project. I am a single mother, and my idea is to build a pioneering, comprehensive ecosystem focused on transforming physical environments for neurodivergent individuals. The project includes an evaluation, audit, and certification system for schools, kindergartens, and commercial spaces; a verified professional directory where families and institutions can connect with certified specialists (therapists, neuropsychologists, accessibility consultants, and educators); direct consulting services for architectural projects and interior renovations focused on sensory and environmental optimization; and a digital library with research, best-practice guides, articles on neurodiversity, and downloadable resources for the community.

The central goal is to develop a digital platform that brings together space certification, specialized training, and the connection between families, educational institutions, and healthcare or learning professionals. To evaluate your application and select the best option, please address the following points clearly and structurally in your proposal: What do you plan to do, and what is your approach? Your understanding of the requirements and how you would approach the project's architecture.

How do you plan to execute it? Justify the technology stack to be used (e.g., WordPress, custom frameworks, No-Code, etc.).
Project Stages and Estimated Timeline: Step-by-step breakdown (e.g., Phase 1) and estimated completion times for each stage.
