Development of an Integrated Bursary Application Portal and E-commerce Competition Platform

We are seeking a skilled freelancer or team to develop an integrated online platform. This project consists of two main components:1. Bursary Application Portal: This section will allow users to register, complete application forms, and securely upload their CVs and other supporting documents. The portal needs to be user-friendly for applicants and include an administrative interface for reviewing and managing submissions.2. E-commerce Competition Platform: This component will host an online competition linked to purchases made on an existing (or to be integrated) e-commerce platform. Specifically, it needs to track purchases of certain products (e.g., Toilet paper) and manage competition entries based on these purchases. The platform should include functionality for competition rules, participant tracking, and potentially displaying leaderboards.The ideal candidate will have experience in developing robust web applications, database management, and integrating with e-commerce systems.
