Deseo que se dibuje una linea Svg sobre el mapa de ejemplo

usando la libreria d3.js

Al esta el ejemplo del mapa

solo queda centrarlo en Chile

los datos de la linea son gps son:
lat, long inicio
lat long termino
color para el trazo
y un id de elemento de grupo

La linea y los estilos se pueden apreciar en este ejemplo

al hacer click sobre la linea se genera un action...Ejemplo abrir mensaje de alerta "Ud seleccion linea 1".

Es un ejemplo sencillo con unos 6 puntos GPS correspondientes a 3 GRUPOS
