Dibujar stroke de svg al dezplazar la pantalla

Hola,
Tenemos varios svg en un sitio en desarrollo que son flechas dibujadas en stroke en formato svg (son diferentes imagenes), estas se deben dibujar a medida que se hace scroll (y desdibujar a la inversa), las mismas se encuentran en el contenido y no estan en posicion fija. El proyecto es simple y necesitamos resolucion rapida del mismo. LEER DESCRIPCION ANTES DE OFERTAR!!!
