About this project


The main proposal for this platform is to receive deliveries from customers with information (Origin, destination, Product, Product Dimension, quantities and route) and optimize thus products load on the trucks respecting the capacities and restrictions according related capacity for each equipment.
Here we need a algorithm that once the deliveries were optimized and allocated on the equipments we need to create a better optimized route considering all routes infomed on the deliveries by the customers.
Is very important to have two options for the Optimization features:
First one is private model that shall consider only deliveries of the same customer.

Second one is share model that shall consider all deliveries for a group of customer that are previouslly set up in the customer master data.
For both cases the suggestion is to use API from Google Maps in order to have the better information regarding to the faster and low cost route, providing to the customer operations the best option . Generating ETA ( Estimated Time Arrival) to each stop delivery inside the routes in order to tracking the deliveries in real time and take decisions in case some of then got a delay or any other issue during the process.
The feature that we suggest to execute the real time tracking is to assign the truck driver mobile phone to each load which is performed and monitoring just during the travel time, from Arrived in the Plant  to the last customer or final destination defined in the route optimized.

The last requirement is to have a BI solution in order to create some daily, weekly and monthly standard reports to driver the customers.
