Requiero del desarrollo de una palicacion web en PHP, MySQL,  JavaScript, Html5, css que funcionara como un directorio que contara con integraciones de la api de google maps, social media (facebook, twitter, etc) y payment processor (paypal, stripe, etc). Debera contar con una APP multiplataforma que pueda verse principalmente en los sistemas Android, iOS y windows phone.

Se mostrara publicidad dinamica en el sitio (de acuerdo al perfil de los usuarios registrados), se debe poder administrar los anuncios por los usuarios del sitio con imágenes y textos.
