Necesito un presupuesto para el siguiente requisito (Costo y tiempo).

Aplicación para Android Developmet:

1. La plataforma  ofrece servcios de delivery  en un segmento particular.
2. Los usuarios deben ingresar a través de cuentas de redes sociales y pueden tener 2 roles (solicitar un servicio de entrega = cliente o ser un mensajero de delivery)

3. Ambos usuarios deben calificarse entre ellos / escribir comentarios después de cada transacción.

4. El usuario del cliente solicita un servicio y lo completa (punto de recogida, punto de entrega, ventana de día / hora, cuadro de texto y puede adjuntar adjuntar una imagen del producto, etc.)

5. La Propuesta se enviará a todos los Conductores "mensajeros" de delivery que estén activos en ese momento y puedan dirigirse al punto de recogida y entrega. Para ello, deben establecer previamente puntos preferenciales en el mapa, ya sean fijos o variables (posición actual) y rango de radio por temas de localización (gps, localizacion, etc)

6. Aquellos usuarios de entrega que satisfagan: (pueden ir al lugar, pueden llegar en un momento, están cerca del punto de recogida, tienen buenas calificaciones, etc.)
Verán una foto de Google Map con la ruta desde A a B y los detalles de lo que el cliente necesita para comprar y entregar y si están de acuerdo con las condiciones que pueden ofrecer para realizar el servicio de entrega.

7. La lista de estos usuarios de envío se enviará al cliente a través de push alerts.

8. El cliente elegirá con quién quiere operar.

9. Si desean iniciar la entrega: los usuarios (Cliente y Entrega) deben pagar por cada transacción a través de medios tales como tarjeta de débito, tarjeta de crédito u otro sistema de pago estándar.

10. También necesitamos crear una web para moderar a los usuarios.

I need a budget for the following requirement  (Cost and Time).

Android App Developmet:

1.      The plattform is for delivery activity .

2.      Users must enter through social network accounts and may have 2 roles (Ask for a Delivery Service = Customer , or be a Delivery Driver )

3.      Both Users must qualify each other / write comments after every transaction.

4.      The Customer User requests a service and complete (Point of pick up, Point of delivery, Day / time window, Text box and may attach  attach a picture of the product, etc.)

5.      The Proposal will be sent to all Delivery Drivers who are active at that moment and are able to go to the pick up and delivery point. To do this, they must previously set preferencial points on the map , whether fixed or variable (current position) and range radios for localization matters.

6.      Those delivery users that satisfy: (are able to go to the place, are able to arrive at a time, are near to pick up point, have good qualifications, etc.) Will see a Google Map Pic with the Path from A to B and the details of what the client needs to buy and deliver  and if they agree with the conditions they can offer to do the delivery service.

7.        The list of these delivey users will be sent to the customer via push alerts.

8.      The Customer will Choose who he wants to operate with.

9.      If they want to Start the delivery: The users (Client and Delivery) must pay for each transaction through through means such as debit card, credit card or some other standard payment system.

10.  We also need to create a web to moderate the users.
